Intended Use
Aunt Martha’s® and Stitcher’s Revolution® patterns are intended for personal use only by the original purchaser. All logos and designs, and any part thereof, are copyrighted and cannot be resold by duplication or alteration. When you purchase these patterns, you are granted a single-use license to create, by hand without the use of an embroidery machine, as many finished items/sets as can be yielded from the use of each iron-on pattern, limited to five (5) items/sets per pattern.
Each purchaser is granted the permission to make up to and not more than twenty-five (25) finished pieces per design for resale, gifts, and charity, over the course of a five (5) year period. For purchasers interested in making more than twenty-five (25) finished pieces for resale, please contact us at info@colonialpatterns.com to receive information regarding our licensing fees.
